The American Society of Perfumers (ASP) visited the production site of Citrus and Allied Essences Ltd. (C&A) in Belcamp MD on Sept. 25, 2018 for an extensive tour and presentation.
Richard Pisano Jr, president of C&A, led the group through two product presentations and demonstrations. The group received a detailed tour of the facility where they interacted with products in production that ranged from citrus and mint oils to natural and synthetic chemicals. The event was jointly developed by the ASP and C&A as an educational opportunity for perfumers to experience a working manufacturing facility in the United States and gain valuable appreciation to how products are produced.
