In early February 2012, the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) hosted an exhibition for European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium called “A Sense of Europe.” The exhibition sought to show the members of European Parliament how integral fragrance is to culture, art, history, economic heritage and beyond, and a further recap of the event can be found on the IFRA website.
Additionally, the April 2012 issue of Perfumer & Flavorist magazine will include an article on the event, with insights and information about its happenings and significance, and IFRA also released a YouTube video from the event that can be viewed here.
