
The Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce Inc. (WFFC) has announced its first virtual lunch and learn event focusing on orange oils, to take place March 25, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. EST.

This one hour event will discuss the history and production areas of orange oil, how it’s harvested and processed along with key quality attributes that are integral when formulating with this oil.
The moderated session will include three industry panelists:

Richard Hofmann, vice president of quality assurance, Berjé Inc.

Zareena Valappil, technical director citrus and principal flavorist, ADM Nutrition.
