NAFFS Meeting to Focus on Stevia, Pesticide Residues

Formulating with Stevia will be the hot topic of the the National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (Neptune, New Jersey) meeting on May 28 at the Doubletree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center in Somerset, New Jersey.  Varuzhan Abelyan of PureCircle will address flavor challenges in product development at food and beverage companies. Kevin Allen of I.P. Callison & Sons will present “Strategies To Ensure Environmentally and Economically Sound Products.” Meanwhile, Dave Elliott of Environmental Micro Analysis will discuss pesticide residues in flavor extracts.
