Scentsy has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for the third time since the company began in 2004.

The recognition comes as Scentsy has enhanced parental leave policies and expanded employee training. Scentsy also continues to offer employees a free on-site fitness center with trainers, intramural leagues, an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and flexible work arrangements to support its family-focused culture.

Each year, Forbes partners with research firm Statista to compile a list of companies based on an independent survey of 60,000 Americans at companies with 1,000 or more employees. Survey questions focus on respondents’ recommendations of their employer.

Dan Orchard, Scentsy president and interim CEO, said, “I am excited to share that for the third time, and the second year in a row, Forbes has recognized our ongoing efforts to make Scentsy one of the best places to work.”

Orchard added, “This is a very competitive national award and a tremendous honor for Scentsy. We’re very grateful to again be recognized by such an esteemed global media publication as Forbes.”
