Citromax Group has strategically expanded its presence in the global fragrance market with the acquisition of Medallion Fragrance, which will now operate under Avoke House of Fragrance, the group's dedicated fragrance platform. By integrating Medallion’s expertise into the Avoke umbrella, Citromax aims to deliver a more robust, vertically integrated suite of services, ranging from concept development to final formulation.
As part of this expansion, Avoke has officially opened its newly completed fragrance innovation center in Carlstadt, New Jersey. This facility features integrated laboratory, sensory and creative spaces designed to strengthen the company’s capabilities in fragrance creation, evaluation, and applications testing.
By hosting perfumers, evaluators and chemists in a collaborative environment, the center aims to accelerate speed-to-market and ensure the olfactive integrity of products across various formats.
Vivian Glueck, president and CEO of Citromax and Avoke, noted that these dual investments mark an exciting next chapter for the group as it continues to support both emerging niche brands and established industry partners.
