Flavor Creation Manager Margaux Cavailles Shares Her Role at Mane's Flavorist School

P&F+: Are there any recent projects you’re particularly proud of?

Margaux Cavailles [MC]: Since this year, I’m in charge of the Mane Flavourist School.

This school is a unique, professional and human experience! I’m proud to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion for flavors with our three new junior flavorists. They have been directly involved in the creation of the Flavor of Europe.

The project was really unique, enabling us to think out of the box and use our imaginary worlds on what makes Europe and translate it into a sensorial experience.
