IFRA North America Reaches Record Membership

The International Fragrance Association North America (IFRANA), which represents nearly 60 companies involved in the trade of fragrances and fragrance ingredients, has now welcomed eight new members to the association.

The new members represent diverse industries, each having an interest in the future of fragrance ranging from perfumery to technology and logistics. The new IFRA North America members include: Colibri Scentique LLC, French Color & Fragrance Co. Inc., Fricke USA Inc., Innov8 Computer Solutions LLC, Jimmy’s Trucking Inc., UTC Overseas Inc., The Wercs Ltd. and Tru Fragrance & Beauty LLC.

“With a growing diversity in the membership, we gain fresh perspectives and reach new industry stakeholders, resulting in a more active and effective organization,” said Jennifer Abril, IFRA North America's president. "We are encouraged by this growth as it demonstrates that veteran and prospective members alike value the support and opportunities offered by IFRA North America.”

The organization said the record number of new memberships is a result of an active membership drive supported by new marketing materials, increased opportunities for fragrance dependent vendors and an overall recognition of the importance of the fragrance industry in the consumer marketplace. IFRA North America represents large multinational companies to medium-sized enterprises and small artisanal fragrance houses as well as other businesses supporting perfumery.

“We encourage our members to extend even more invitations to industry colleagues, peers, and partners to join IFRA North America membership. And hope that this association continues to grow in, both, our numbers and our reach,” said Abril.
