Charkit Chemical Corp. (Norwalk, Connecticut) has appointed Jay Lang executive vice president. He is responsible for pursuing new acquisitions; directing new sales efforts; and, as the company's "resident" personal care expert, bringing in additional personal care experts. Lang has been with the company for 15 years.
