At the recent Society of Flavor Chemists' annual meeting, the officers for 2008–2009 were announced:

  • Ken Kraut, president
  • Jack Fastag, vice president
  • Aaron Graham, secretary
  • Steve Ruocco, treasurer
  • Joan Harvey, chairperson of the board
