Indukern Flavours and Fragrances has named Jorge Noe global director.
Noe has been division director of new developments and businesses since 2017. In his new role, he will spearhead global F&F management, focusing on the division’s international corporate strategy. He will work directly with Indukern subsidiary directors that have F&F business.
Bringing nearly 20 years of perfume business experience to the role (in both fine fragrances and the functional perfume segment), Noe has held positions including general manager at Carbonnel.
The appointment is part of the company’s international-focused business strategy, centering the division’s activity on markets with major potential and higher added-value products. Indukern also aims to create greater commercial synergies between subsidiaries, in an effort to streamline the decision-making process.
“F&F has been one of the fast-growing divisions in recent years and we are determined to continue to support it going forwards,” said Daniel Diaz-Varela, managing director. “The goal we are pursuing with the creation of this new position, held by Jorge Noe, is to grow from a local business model into a more international one that will power strong growth in Spain and especially on foreign markets.”
