Pinova Holdings Names New CEO

Phil Krichilsky has been named the new CEO of Pinova Holdings, Inc. Pinova Holdings is the parent company to specialty chemical businesses—Pinova, Inc. in Brunswick, Georgia, and Renessenz, LLC in Jacksonville, Florida—and both companies will continue to be led by their existing management teams.

“The addition of Phil as our CEO will enable Pinova Holdings to further its mission of creating value for all stakeholders through the production and sale of specialty chemicals that are derived from natural and renewable sources,” said David Bookbinder, executive chairman of Pinova Holdings, Inc. Bookbinder added that “Phil brings many years of senior management experience to his new role. His international experience will assist each business to be a global leader in their markets through operating excellence and innovation that delights our customers.”

Before joining Pinova Holdings, Inc., Krichilsky held a variety of general management positions including vice president and general manager of WR Grace–Asia Pacific, general manager for three product lines at General Electric Silicones, and owner of two successful start-up businesses. Krichilsky also served as an infantry officer in the US Army and a member of the Presidential Honor Guard. He holds an MBA from Central Michigan University and a BS from the United States Military Academy.
