Steam distilled from the bark of the incredibly fragrant Cryptocarya massoy tree, massoia bark oil (FEMA# 3747, CAS# 85085-26-3) has a sweet and creamy odor. Massoia bark also retains complex gourmand nuances reminiscent of toasted coconut, caramel and vanilla. This versatile oil can be used for both flavor and fragrance applications.
