On September 8, 2025, citrus company Misitano & Stracuzzi announced the appointment of Paul Stott as its chief procurement officer.
Stott first joined the flavor and fragrance industry about 20 years ago. He served as senior category manager for citrus at Treatt Plc, where he managed global sourcing of raw materials. He has developed a deep knowledge of the citrus sector throughout his career, and his background in finance aids in supporting broader business performance.
“Once again, it is with pleasure and respect that we welcome Paul Stott, who brings a wealth of knowledge and unique skills to the team, combined with a genuine desire to continually learn and share his experiences,” said president and chief executive officer Antonio Stracuzzi. “As promised, our group is pursuing its managerial roadmap, after the appointment of both Mohamed and Melanie, convinced that this approach will strengthen our supplier relationships and further enhance the way we serve our partners, building upon the deep traditions that already define Misitano & Stracuzzi.”
Stracuzzi continued, “With deep expertise in global sourcing, strategic supplier relationships and margin optimization, Paul now takes on leadership of Misitano & Stracuzzi’s procurement function - driving innovation, efficiency and long-term value across the global supply chain. I am personally truly confident that our new team of top managers along with our strategic advisory board, is the business and strategic right move to show our value and resiliency medium-long term.”
