Bolloré Logistics has announced the appointment of Andrea Carrijo to the position of head of human resources for the Americas.
Carrijo will be responsible for leading Bolloré Logistics Americas' human resources strategy, talent acquisition, training and employee education. She will also promote diversity and inclusion.
Carrijo will report directly to Bolloré Logistics Americas’ CEO, Yves Laforgue. To help Carrijo, two new HR managers have been recently appointed, Claire Roussie for the United States and Antoine Voisard for Latin America.
Laforgue said, “HR is key for the development of our organization and the development of our people. Our goal is to create an efficient structure over the region that will be able to accompany our people and make Bolloré Logistics Americas an employer of choice. Our team members are vital to enabling Bollore Logistics’ continued growth in the region, and I’m looking forward to Andrea’s leadership in ensuring each employee achieves their full potential.”
