CLR, a brand of home cleaning products, manufactured by Jelmar, LLC, has launched a lavender scent for its CLR Brilliant Bath product line.

CLR Brilliant Bath is designed as a multipurpose, multi-surface bathroom cleaner. It is designed to be used on most bathroom surfaces, including shower doors, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, toilet bowls and more. 

The appeal of fragrance drives many household cleaning product and fabric care product purchases. Fragrance works with the other important ingredients in cleaners—surfactants, enzymes, builders, solvents, for example—to create an effective product that gets the job done. 

In the November issue, Perfumer & Flavorist+ hosts an article penned by the American Cleaning Institute regarding the benefits and challenges of establishing a national ingredient communication standard for the United States, in the column, "A Formulation for Success: Bringing the Supply Chain Together on Ingredient Transparency."
