Comax Flavors Develops Meatless Flavor Options

Comax Flavors (Melville, NY), in a move to cater to new and long-time vegetarians, has developed a number of flavor options for meatless applications.

Its meatless flavors include: chicken, roasted pork, Italian sausage, bacon, hot dog, Mexican sausage, and turkey, among many others. These flavors can be used in standard meatless products as well as in broths, sauces and marinades; and are available in both natural and artificially flavored formulations, as well as in oil soluble, water soluble, liquid and powdered versions. All are kosher.
