After conducting an overview of the consumer expectations of beef tastes, the company used its Symscript global language to describe taste differences by region. They then worked with the U.S. Beef Council and the Symrise Chefs United program to gather input from 30,000 professional chefs from around the world, and the Symrise Marketing and Consumer Insights Group offered a culinary tour of New York City restaurants featuring beef on their menus.

The range was produced through new sulfur chemistry reaction methods and more authentic starting materials, at a 40% cost-in-use reduction.

“We are excited to collaborate with our customers to provide the best beef flavors for multiple applications while also achieving cost savings,” said Symrise flavorist Anthony Rella
