The British Society of Flavourists will be holding a webinar with Professor Giancarlo Cravotto titled, “Recent advances and perspectives in green extraction processes.”

The webinar will be held over Zoom on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. BST.
Admission is free for BSF members, $5 for students and $20 for non-BSF members.
Cravotto is full professor of Organic Chemistry and vice director of the Department of Drug Science and Technology (former director from 2007 to October 2018) at the University of Turin, Italy.
