Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce’s (WFFC) Cincinnati Chapter Meeting titled Cocoa & Chocolate, It's all About The Bean will be held on Oct. 13, 2009 at the Iron Horse Grill, Cincinnati. The event will feature speaker Kim Yoder, product development manager, Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate (Lititz, PA), who will discuss issues such as cocoa bean origins, harvesting, fermentation, drying, chocolate production, the standard of identity for chocolate and factors affecting chocolate flavors. Event registration fee is $50 per person.
