The Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA) has announced McCormick CEO Alan Wilson as the keynote speaker for its 100th Annual Convention scheduled May 3–6, 2009 at The Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida. Wilson will share McCormick's unique perspective as a founding member of FEMA and a flavoring supplier.
