Beginning at 9 a.m., the schedule includes a technical seminar on "Hydrocolloids: Technology, Applications and Gum Alternatives What to Do in the Age of Fracking," followed by NYIFT Suppliers' Day from 2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. and an after-show reception from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
