Flavorcon is celebrating 10 years! In honor of its decade-long existence, at Flavorcon 2023 we will be hosting raffles for attendees throughout the two-day event scheduled for November 8-9.
Here are a few words from Perfumer & Flavorist+ (P&F+) associate publisher Paige Crist on founding the first-ever Flavorcon in 2013—
"With flavorists and product innovators in mind, P&F launched Flavorcon in 2013 to fill the need to connect suppliers with flavor houses and flavored fast-moving consumer products manufacturers. While flavor industry organizations host successful regional events for flavorists and there are numerous vast food and beverage exhibitions for every vertical market, we saw a need for a flavor-focused educational conference and expo that connected the entire supply chain from ingredients to flavor creation and finished flavored products. Taste touches so many product categories from beverage to oral care, pharma, confection, nutritional supplements, sauces, snacks, bakery, plant-based and everything in between. Flavorcon was built to help propel flavor creation and innovation across all current and future product categories. We are thankful to those who have supported it since day one and we are excited for each new iteration that we bring to the table."
