Flavorcon 2024 is next week, is your OOO email set? In just a few short days the Perfumer & Flavorist+ team will be making their way to Atlantic City, New Jersey's Harrah's Resort & Casino to kick off the three-day event.
Day 1 hosts the Live Organoleptic Panel. Flavorists, get your education started early with this first-come first-served pre-Flavorcon session on Monday, October 7! This session will take attendees on a guided tour through a lineup of organoleptic materials with the help of Bell Flavor & Fragrances principal flavorist, Cyndie Lipka, and junior flavorist Michael Morrison as well as a second session featuring independent flavorist and “Flavor Bites” columnist, John Wright and PepsiCo junior flavorist Giuseppe Bongiorno. This session has an additional fee and lunch is included ($100 total)!
The Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) is set to host a pre-Flavorcon Sips & Dips Happy Hour Networking Event on October 7, 2024. The event will be hosted at the Rum Point Bar at Harrah's Resort (777 Harrah's Blvd., Atlantic City, NJ) from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Day 2 kicks off the first day of Flavorcon 2024 conference sessions and expo hall exploration. That evening the Opening Reception will be hosted poolside, no bathing suit needed.

- "The Flavorist's Take on Artificial Intelligence" with panelists Jenifer Augelli, Senior Flavorist (Givaudan), Trevor Groome, Digital Innovation Platform Lead (IFF) and Paul Ricciardi, Principal Flavorist (Campbell Soup)
- "Navigating the World of Smell and Taste Dysfunctions" by Stephanie Feuer, Co-founder and Executive Director at World Taste & Smell Association
- "John Wright: Ask Me Anything" is an interactive session allowing attendees to ask seasoned flavorist John Wright burning questions related to his career, industry updates, and creative formulation solutions. Wright will also be sharing anecdotes from his past, and his current projects and breaking down how he's seen the industry evolve over the years.
Day 3 will be the final day of the conference sessions and expo hall excitement.
