drom fragrances has added Benoist Lapouza and Anne-Louise Gautier to its team of perfumers in Paris.
Lapouza has worked for Takasago and Quest (now Givaudan). In 1993, together with Pierre Bourdon, he set up the Parisian subsidiary of Fragrance Resources for the Gerberding family, where he worked as a perfumer and later as creation director before joining drom.
Gautier studied chemistry and started her career by working in the laboratory of quality control. While studying at ISIPCA, she completed her compulsory internship at Mane, where she was trained by Christine Nagel.
