IniTech Inc. has named Bob Clemente as its new director of business development. He is responsible for analyzing the company’s primary software, BatchMetrics, and its usage within each client’s company in order to maximize the software’s efficiency and application within its respective plant.

Clemente joined IniTech Inc. in July 2013. His past experience includes work for Cargill Flavor Systems as an operations manager and Degussa Corporation as an operation supervisor.
