Sozio Descollonges has acquired Sentaromatique (Grasse, France). The move follows Sozio's 2011 purchase of Alpine Aromatics. The company describes the move as "a decisive step forward for Sozio Descollonges fragrances’ growth strategy."
Sozio has achieved 25% annual growth over the past five years, with turnover of €33 million. The company has further plans for more acquisitions to support ongoing growth.
Sentaromatique was founded in 1994 by Jean-Claude Gigodot and focused on organic, natural, Cosmebio and Ecocert fragrances, as well as conventional scents.
