Citromax Expands in Asia


Citromax Group has expanded its global reach, opening two offices to service the Asian marketplace—one in Shanghai and one in Singapore.

Citromax Ingredients (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. will cater to China and the Southeast Asian markets, with offerings including the core Citromax product line of citrus oils and blends, beverage bases, lemon juice, lemon peel, lemon pulp and flavorings, among others. It will be responsible for regional sales and marketing; management of both an internal sales staff and select regional distributors; and applications work for beverages and foods, developing products with regional appeal.

Food and beverage professional Claire Lin, a native of China, will manage the office. She has previously held positions with Trilogy Essential Ingredients and Firmenich.

Citromax Singapore Private Ltd. will be a sales office dedicated to the market, focusing on key food and beverage accounts within Singapore.

Both companies will offer local manufacturing and processing of the company’s citrus products and compounded flavor in the future, capitalizing on the region’s desire for local, authentic flavors.
