International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) has made leadership changes and realigned responsibilities within its fine fragrances organization in both Europe, Africa, Middle East (EAME) and North America, effective July 1, 2014.
In EAME, the company appointed a new regional general manager for fine fragrances. In North America, it grouped commercial accounts into two units: specialty fragrances and prestige fragrances each under the leadership of a vice president, based in IFF's New York creative center.
Specialty fragrances will include Limited Brands (Bath and Body Works and Victoria’s Secret) and Boom. Prestige fragrances will include Avon, Coty, Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal and others.
Sabrya Meflah, fine fragrances sales director Europe is now vice president, regional general manager EAME fine fragrances. She will oversee the Neuilly Creative Center with responsibility for fine fragrances. Meflah was most recently fine fragrances sales director Europe. She will report to Bertrand Lemont, VP global fine fragrances.
Lorenzo Cavallaro, vice president sales North America has been named vice president sales, specialty fragrances North America. Carvallaro will continue to be based in the company's New York creative center. He will report to Lemont.
Frederic Pignault joined IFF as vice president sales prestige fragrances North America. He is based in the company's New York creative center. He was most recently at Givaudan where he was vice president sales L’Oreal Worldwide. He will report to Bertrand Lemont, VP global fine fragrances, in his role as fine fragrances regional general manager North America. He will report to Lemont.
