Robertet has named Julian Dabrowski as research chef at Robertet Flavors reporting to Phyllis Williams, associate director of flavor applications.
In this newly created position, Dabrowski will develop new products with Robertet's flavor applications team while using his culinary expertise to expand Robertet's capabilities. Dabrowksi comes to Robertet with more than 15 years of experience in the culinary field.
"Julian's culinary perspective will enrich Robertet's applications capabilities," said John Scire, senior vice president of Robertet Flavors. "His passion for food and drink will add depth to our exploration of unique flavor pairings and new products, and will enliven conversations with our product development partners."
