Erich Ziegler GmbH has announced the release of the second edition of Flavourings (Wiley VCH), edited by Herta Ziegler. With contributions from over 40 authors, the book provides a comprehensive overview of the world of flavors, including production methods, raw materials, applications, legislation and quality control.
