Wixon, Inc. (St. Francis, WI) has named Leda Strand director of technology applications and industrial ingredients. In her new role, Strand leads the Mag-nifique technology applications research by solving customers’ specific food issues using Wixon’s technology. In addition, she continues to direct product development projects for a key customer. Strand has 17 years of experience in the industry, previously with Baptista’s Bakery, Quaker, Gardetto’s and Pillsbury.
