[MINNEAPOLIS] — FACE FOUNDRIÉ, the fast-growing woman-owned facial bar, is closing out a landmark year of growth and innovation, while laying the foundation for even greater expansion in 2026.
The franchise is lauded in the market for its budget-friendly facials, and in the current franchise moment, it's stepping into the spotlight as industry professionals raise the issue of employee retention and weigh their options when it comes to building experience and stability while working at a franchise, versus striking out on their own to start a business.
FACE FOUNDRIÉ opened 13 locations and awarded 55 new franchise units in 2025, bringing the system total to 175 units awarded and 67 locations currently open. With strong development momentum, strategic partnerships and continued investment in technology and support, the brand is poised for another year of accelerated national growth.
Rapid Franchise Momentum and Market Expansion
FACE FOUNDRIÉ continues to see strong demand from both new and existing franchisees, with 85% of the system’s franchise partners being multi-unit owners. The brand is now sold out in major markets including Minneapolis, Denver, and Dallas, with additional high-demand regions, such as Southern Orange County, Chicago, Greater San Francisco, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and South Dakota, well on their way to full development.
Looking ahead, FACE FOUNDRIÉ entered 2026 with 23 additional leases already signed and in the pipeline, with plans to open eight of these locations in Q1.
FACE FOUNDRIÉ will be bringing new locations to:
- Gilbert and Paradise Valley, AZ
- Denver, CO
- Wesley Chapel, Sarasota and Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Dallas, San Antonio, Southlake and Houston, TX
- San Diego, Santa Rosa, El Dorado Hills and Newport Beach, CA
- Detroit, MI
- Madison, WI
- Lakeview and River North, Chicago, IL
- Wichita, KS
- Raleigh, NC
- Belle Meade, TN
- Oklahoma City, OK
“What’s most exciting is how intentional our growth has been,” says Michele Henry, founder and CEO of FACE FOUNDRIÉ. “We’re seeing strong interest across the country, from longtime FACE FOUNDRIÉ markets to entirely new regions, and much of that growth is coming from franchisees who already know the brand’s value. Entering 2026 with a clear path to 100 open locations puts us in a powerful position for another year of meaningful expansion.”
Leadership Growth, Innovation and Industry Recognition
To support its rapid expansion, FACE FOUNDRIÉ made several key leadership additions in 2025, including the announcement of new chief financial officer, Kristina Arnette, director of shops & operations, Mandy Friendshuh and director of franchise marketing, Emily DeMarco.
The brand also implemented customer-forward additions, such as the launch of FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s new menu in partnership with Face Reality, which debuted on August 1 and added advanced acne-safe, results-driven solutions. The brand was recognized in the Best of Minnesota 2025 and the Franchise Times Top 400 list.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Coming off a year of tremendous growth, FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking to continue targeting high-growth markets across the country, including but not limited to California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Virginia, Washington and New York. The brand plans to fuel its next phase of expansion by increasing franchisee profitability, expanding marketing efforts, strengthening corporate support and continuing to invest in product and technology innovation, with an AI-powered skin analysis tool set to launch later this year.
Henry adds: “I’m incredibly proud of what the FACE FOUNDRIÉ team and our franchise partners accomplished in 2025. We stayed true to our mission while scaling thoughtfully, strengthening our systems and continuing to innovate. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re energized by the demand we’re seeing nationwide and excited to continue our laser focus on growth, support and impact as we introduce new communities to FACE FOUNDRIÉ.”
