The taste of this product can be described as sweet, fruity and vanilla-like. It is reminiscent of cured vanilla beans with an exotic floral background. Flavor uses for anisyl formate include chocolate, honey, peach, tea and vanilla. Recommended use level: 0.2-10ppm as consumed. EU and US natural, kosher, non-GMO, vegetarian.
