Robertet Announces Investment in Organic Materials Producer – Sirius

The Robertet Group has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in organic and natural raw material developer Sirius. This investment is in line with the Group’s objective of maintaining its position as a key player in natural aromatic products. By investing in Sirius, Robertet is also strengthening its position in organic essential oils and floral waters.

This operation consolidates the Group’s sourcing through new integrated channels and is a logical continuation of the integration of SAPAD.

This acquisition is also an opportunity for the Robertet Group to offer a range of well-being products. Sirius will keep its autonomy and will remain under the management of its founder, Gilles Berthoumieux. It is expected that this merger will result in many benefits for both companies.

Sirius was founded in 1996, a pioneer in organic essential oils with a turnover about 10M€. As a result of vertically integrated sourcing, Sirius is able to offer a large choice of certified organic essential oils. Sirius also offers formulation, manufacturing, filling and packaging services of certified organic well-being products.
