UPDATE: IFEAT 2026 Lands in Bangkok, Thailand

The IFEAT 2026 Conference has officially moved to Bangkok, Thailand, running Monday, October 19 through Friday, October 23. Registration opens April 14, 2026. Stay tuned for details.

Previously (March 22): The 2026 conference for the International Federation of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades (IFEAT), which was to take place October 11-16, 2026 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is being relocated. The organization released a statement on March 20, 2026:

The International Federation of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades (IFEAT) wishes to inform its Members, partners, and prospective delegates of an important development regarding the IFEAT 2026 Conference.

Following careful monitoring of the ongoing situation in South‑West Asia, the IFEAT Executive Committee has decided to relocate the 2026 Conference from Abu Dhabi to an alternative destination. This decision was reached after extensive deliberations, with the safety, security, and wellbeing of all delegates remaining our highest priority.

Over recent weeks, the Committee has been evaluating multiple alternative locations, taking into account logistics, proposed dates, the geopolitical landscape, and the overall delegate experience. We are now in the final stages of confirming the host destination.

The official announcement – including the Conference location, revised dates, and registration details – will be released by mid next week through all IFEAT communication channels.

We thank our Members for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work to ensure a safe and successful IFEAT 2026 Conference. We look forward to sharing further details with you shortly.
