
Natural, organic, cruelty-free – these are just some of the labels that have been resonating with consumers. To examine the ever-evolving nature of these labels and consumer demands, Kevin Ryan, former director of strategy and innovation for General Mills, will be speaking at Flavorcon 2018.
Having over 20 years of culinary experience, Ryan, who is currently the senior brand strategist at Amazon, will share his insight into the clean label movement during his “Demystifying the ‘Clean’ Consumer” presentation. Taking a multi-disciplined approach, he will explore how the definition of clean is changing and how anthropological, societal and business factors are growing the industry.
