To discuss the importance of solubility, Cindy Cosmos, principal flavorist at Bell F&F, will be presenting on the topic at Flavorcon.
During her presentation, “Solubility & Flavor Performance,” she will discuss the dual role of solubility. Cosmos will not only show how it impacts the flavors' performance in the finished product but also how it interacts with the ingredients within the flavor. This presentation will be useful for both flavor chemists and product developers.
