Flavorcon staff have negotiated a discounted room rate of $109 per night single/double occupancy, higher rates may apply for additional guests.Ā Room rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 13.625% plus a $7.00 per room per night lodging fee (subject to change without notice) and any applicable resort fees. Total charges presented on the website will include all room taxes, but not any applicable resort fees: $27.99 per night, per room, plus 13.625% tax. Flavorists, get your education started early with this first-come first-served pre-FlavorconĀ session on Monday, October 7! This session will take attendees on a guided tour through a lineup of organoleptic materials with the help of Bell Flavor & Fragrances principal flavorist, Cyndie Lipka, and junior flavorist Michael Morrison as well as a second session featuring independent flavorist and āFlavor Bitesā columnist, John Wright and a flavorist from PepsiCo. This session has an additional fee and lunch is included!
