Tasting a digital cocktail

As A.I. and other technologies become more advanced and available, the flavor industry is investigating its uses and applications to innovate faster and more effectively. At Flavorcon 2018, one presentation featured a demonstration on the emerging field of digital flavors and its future within the industry.

In contrast to traditional liquid or powder flavors, digital flavors use virtual and sensory information to provide the taste sensation. Watch the video below for a demonstration of his “vocktail” and stay tuned for more Innovation Stage news for Flavorcon 2019!
