With increasing influence from regulatory agencies and demands from consumers, the flavorist is now working with more restrictions than ever before. To discuss how this impacts the profession, Tony Moore, chief innovation officer and chief flavorist for Flavor Producers, will present on the topic at the 2018 Flavorcon.

During his “The Future of Flavor(ists)” presentation, Moore will explore the current regulatory trends and its impact on the profession and the industry. He will discuss how these factors impact the creation of global natural, organic and non-GMO flavors; as well as examine the growing trend of clean label with no added flavors.
