The Chemical Sources Association will hold its next meeting this Thursday, November 29, at the Holiday Inn North in Newark, NJ. The event will include board and technical meetings, as well as a meeting of the Society of Flavor Chemists educational meeting.
Christine Daley (AM Todd) will speak on the topic of organic isolates during the CSA session. Fred Kritzer and Rich Winters (both Symrise) will show a number of raw materials.
