UK-based flavor ingredient supplier Lionel Hitchen released its latest trend report, “Flavor Trends 2025/2026: What’s on the Horizon?

The report highlights the continued growth of global flavor mashups, spice with heritage, and escapism through tropical flavors. The company hopes that this report will serve as a “roadmap” for the food and beverage industry looking to connect with consumers.
