The action starts early. January brings the Society of Flavor Chemists West Coast Meeting in Anaheim, followed by Cosmoprof Miami. March adds the SFC/CSA/NAFFS Joint Meeting and FEMA’s Spring Committee Meetings, while April brings in-cosmetics Global and RIFM InFo in Brussels. FEMA’s Annual Leadership Conference follows in May.

For fragrance professionals, June is especially busy. SIMPPAR heads to Paris June 1–3, 2027, followed by the Barcelona Perfumery Congress and Grasse Perfume Week later in the month. On the flavor side, IFT FIRST takes over Chicago in July, bringing food and ingredient innovation into the broader F&F conversation.

And that’s only the beginning. The calendar currently extends into October, with Cali SCC Suppliers’ Day and FEMA’s Fall Symposium on deck. Meanwhile, several dates remain to be announced, including the 2027 IFRA Global Fragrance Summit in Mumbai and The FlavourTalk Conference.

For an industry increasingly shaped by technology, regulation, sustainability, new materials and changing consumer expectations, these gatherings remain more than calendar entries. They are where ideas move from the lab to the marketplace, relationships are built and the next wave of flavor and fragrance innovation starts to take shape.

Bookmark the calendar, pack the passport and get ready: 2027 is already filling up.
