Mosaic Flavors Names Rich Flanagan as CCO & Andrew Kim as CFO

Mosaic Flavors has announced the appointment of Rich Flanagan as chief commercial officer (CCO). Flanagan brings over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in sales strategy, product development, and customer engagement. Flanagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition from Florida State University.

As the CCO, Flanagan will lead Mosaic’s commercial strategy, driving innovation and accelerating growth within the company’s key markets, including beverages, dairy, specialty nutrition, sauces, dressing, and bakery. His role will be instrumental in further connecting Mosaic Flavors’ customers with the company’s unique custom flavor solutions. 

Andrew Kim has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO). With over 10 years in the food and beverage industry, Kim brings extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.

Crista Righi has been promoted to senior director of marketing. Righi, who has been with Mosaic Flavors for two years, will now oversee the company’s marketing strategy, focusing on outreach and brand development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa and MBA from the University of Iowa.
