Givaudan has become a partner of LEAD Network (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity) to increase gender representation at the leadership level and support its ongoing commitment to growing diversity and inclusion.

LEAD Network is a non-profit and volunteer-led organization dedicated to creating a future of inclusion and gender equality at all levels.
