ShengYuan corporate board of directors has announced the promotion of Bill Ludlum to the position of chief operation officer (COO) of ShengYuan.

Ludlum had several senior management positions within a number of multinational, global corporations before he joined ShengYuan as the global commercial director, three years ago.

Over the course of his tenure, he has made great contributions to the transformation of ShengYuan into a sustainable global supply chain management company.
