On February 11, 2016 the Society of Flavor Chemists is hosting an event about the early years of flavor chemistry. Nadia Berenstein will present "Flavor Chemistry Before the Society of Flavor Chemists: Pioneering Flavorists in America, 1890-1950", and will discuss the flavor industry prior to the founding of SFC.
Also presenting is Emily Boast, director of the Museum of Food and Drink, offering a look at the museum's exhibition development process, focusing on interactive elements.
