The series follows 15 families from around the world during the first year of their babies' lives. Each episode focuses on a different aspect of a baby's development and includes extensive interviews with early-childhood development experts.
The third episode of Part 2, "Senses," which highlights Monell research, is aired for the first time June 19. Part 1 of Babies initially aired in February 2020 and is on Netflix's list of most-watched shows.
