Takumi Tokyo Starts Rin Incense Kickstarter Campaign

Takumi Tokyo is using Kickstarter to crowdfund its interior aroma incense, Rin. The incense was developed to combine the crafts of wood, brass and fragrance and the roots of Japanese and French fragrances. The three fragrances are portable and have a 25-minute burning time per stick.

Asagiri (Fog in morning) has notes of eucalyptus, cedarwood and patchouli. It is intended to be reminiscent of standing in the forest at dawn.

Shima-bana (Island flower) features notes of bergamot, lemon and violet leaves. It is intended to be a warm, floral scent that shows various expressions depending on the season.

Fuyu-gasumi (Winter Fog) includes notes of magnolia leaves, ginger and cedarwood. It is intended to be a dusty scent reminiscent of walking on stone paving in the dry air unique to winter cities.
